The Spanish Trading Company is a family run business with a passion for Spain, its people, culture and cuisine.We have travelled many times to Spain with our children and experienced the rich diversity of this beautiful country.Spanish food is extremely popular worldwide, and more and more people are cooking authentic Spanish food in their own kitchens.Spanish food is very healthy, using abundant fresh and conserved vegetables, rice, pulses and of course, olive oil.It is easy to cook Spanish food, but authentic Spanish ingredients are essential to achieve the correct balance of flavours and textures.It is also good to have some Spanish made cooking and serving dishes to complete the experience.We have spent over 20 years cooking Spanish food and experimenting with ingredients. Over the coming months we will be publishing some of our tried and tested recipes on the site for you to try, starting with our mixed paella which is a firm favorite in our home and amongst our friends.
