Poor customer service
I rang Kedgeree too after getting home only to find i was missing my chips. After explaining to the lady that I lived 4 miles away from the chip shop she suggested I make an 8 mile round trip to get a 'free' bag of chips. I explained that they were the chips I had paid for already and would expect a little more compensation for the inconveniece (maybe a free peice of fish) as I had been left with nothing to eat. She told me that was there policy. I feel they have poor customer service as they also only had half the onion rings I had ordered for my daughter but only told me after they had finished cooking and bagging the order. They gave me half the money back however I had been sat there 10mins waiting and could of ordered something else to replace them in that time.

gluten free
I tried the gluten free battered fish and everyone wanted to taste it and I have now converted several people even though they don't need gluten free. You should try it just order ahead I now order it all the time and I want to say well done kedgeree for catering to a growing crowd more people should follow your example oh and great chips too.
