Just started going to Julian and he's great, I'm used to opticians who are really up themselves but him and Jason are really down to earth. The eye tests are thorough, you are talked through things really well and they talk in plain English rather than a load of technical words no-one understands. Great quality of service, great people and you don't feel like your being rushed out of the door-Fantastic!

30 Years Service
The service I have received is excellent, even to the point of sending my lenses to be when I lived abroad.. I have been a client for 30 years, I think that is recommendation enough.

Review of service
I was about to give up on wearing contact lenses when my friend recommended I try Julian Gunn. In the past I had, had several bad experiences with other local opticians and had found it particularly difficult trying to put contact lenses in and was uncomfortable wearing them. After my first appointment with Mr Gunn, I was wearing lenses that were comfortable. I had confidence to put them in and take them out myself even after my first appointment. Mr Gunn was extremely patient with me and knew immediately what lenses to prescribe. The level of customer service is excellent. I've always found the staff to be more than helpful and extremely welcoming and friendly. You can be confident that the lenses prescribed are the best available and have peice of mind knowing that if you do have any minor problems using products, then they can be easily resolved by just either popping into the opticians or phoning in. I'm personally really pleased with the level of service and products used. I would recommend the business to anyone who feels that they aren't getting the level of service they deserve from their optician / lense specialist. I rate Julian Gunn Contact Lenses as a 5 star establishment.
