Vertical Fitness and Vertical Joy offers a pay as you go and membership option for their classes. The classes included for Vertical Fitness are boxing, insanity, circuits & bootcamp and suspension training. Vertical Joy offer aerial arts and pole dancing classes. All of the classes are available for all abilities, ranging from beginners to advanced. Each class is great for losing weight, increasing your body strength and have fun! Pole fitness studio
What a fab local business! Fantastic, unique, fitness facilities & professional friendly instructors. The studio is always clean and well maintained. I've been pole dancing there for a year now, and the fun I've found with it is amazing. Everybody is so supportive and always lovely to see new ones coming along too. Recommend it 100%.
