Called for a quote for a new aerial, very helpful lady on the phone, arranged date and time for work to be carried out. A nice young gentleman named nick arrived promptly and was very friendly and polite. Fully explained what I needed and shown me the range of aerials. Completed the job, cleaned up after and double checked all was working correctly before he left. MR P JONES 8/4/13
