I took a lot of time to source the right contractor for our challenging refurbishment in Reigate’s town centre. The original building was old and complicated and we simply didn’t know what we would find as the project progressed. This was a massive deal for us as the project needed to be on time and on budget, we achieved both. I felt at ease in placing my trust in Tony Pinkstone and I was not to be disappointed. From day one, his outstanding team proved to be hard working and professional, answering every challenge with good grace and a positive attitude. There were of course moments when things seemed to be against us, but this was always regarded as “not a problem” and dealt with in a reassuring manner. This was a six month project which started with a friendly hand shake and ended with us being a very happy client, how often can you say that these days? This project is carried out in our close season over the winter months and does not only involve supply of materials and labour, but is also a major logistical operation involving working on campsites with limited access and services - often in extreme weather conditions. Despite the challenging environment and tight schedules, the team constantly deliver high quality work and have adapted to the needs of our industry incredibly well. Communication from Tony, Nigel and Mitchell is excellent throughout and they took care of all the schedules, logistics and deliveries.
