Joanne Holland is a CEDR accredited mediator and member of the Civil Mediation Council.
Joanne has mediated the whole spectrum of disputes within the small claims track and unlike many other mediators comes from a non legal background which Joanne believes is a real benefit as she can keep the mediation process legal jargon free and can stay completely impartial.
