Terrible
I have ordered a shower door in chrome with square handles that would match the rest of my bathroom fittings. I received an alluminium framed door with round handles. The packaging had absolutely no branding on it so, frankly, it could be anything. It certainly looks cheap. The only response I got was the offer of supplying the manufacturers phone number. I did not buy directly from the manufacturer. The responsibility for supplying correct goods is with QS supplies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Terrible company/ Do not use
QS Supplies is by far the worst dealings I have ever had from any company, ever. Some 'customer service' training would without doubt be highly beneficial. None of the staff even have the decency to sign off the emails, prefering to remain annonymous; it is obvious why. For example, I rung up once and was told 'everyone was busy' so I asked for a call back. The male phone operative said he would get someone to call me back. He was about to hang up when I said 'won't you need my number to do that?' He said 'yes' and I recited my number. I then asked the man to read it back to me to ensure he'd got it right. He admitted he hadn't actually bothered to write it down! Absolutely appalling. The item delivered was not what I ordered and when I rang to arrange a correct delivery I was accused of lying and had to send them a photo of the wrong item to prove it. When it did come it was not as the website advertised. They would not give me a refund even though I'd returned both items at my own expense, until I contacted Trading Standards and reported them. They even denied receiving one of the items until I pointed out that I'd sent it tracked mail, a staff member signed for it and it was visible on the track and trace website. I was then told to prove this to them. It is clear why QS Supplies doesn't have a customer feedback section published on it's own website. Maybe future customers will be treated better, however, I really doubt it.

appalling customer service
After several complaints following extremely poor communication regarding delayed delivery of radiators, all of which were ignored, I was forced to cancel my order with this company. Call centre assistants and managers alike displayed the same poor attitude and are extremely uninterested, sarcastic and rude. There is nowhere higher to take your complaint if you encounter problems so I would not recommend buying from this company if you want peace of mind. Personally, I have never encountered such appalling customer service - I really don't know how they stay in business!

Poor service
I have been very unhappy with the service I have received from QS Supplies. They delivered the incorrect order and did not even acknowledge it even after I sent them photos to ptove it. Just one line emails and did not ring back after I asked them to; when I tried ringing them the guy that answered was particularly unhelpful and did not even attempt to discuss my case. Would not use again.

shocked and unhappy
How are these people still in business? I have never in my life been treated so badly on the phone. The guy I spoke to was a total creep. He mumbled and made strange noises into the phone. Refused to help me and asked totally irrelevant and personal questions. I am looking for a refund for a product I have not received. No idea if I will get it or not judging by these other reviews.

15 weeks and still waiting............
Dont contact this company - they lie openly, theyre not even good at it. I've been waiting for a bath ordered in march. The trouble is ,once you plan your bathroom around the BATH you are fixed on that path unless you replace all the other bathroom furniture - not an option. So we wait.....Wish I'd have found this site before I placed my order. And, scrolling down, the "Happy Customers" are quite obviously them trying to affect their rating !

Failed to supply, where's my refund?
I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for a bath with QS Supplies. They have been consistently TERRIBLE. I've been lied to again and again and in the end I have no bath, no refund, project delays, wasted lots of time and lots of money chasing this up. They destroy your faith in humanity! Do not do business with them, it's not worth it. In my case they 1)Never sent me documents relating to my order despite repeated requests (this contravenes distance selling regs) 2)Provided incorrect information about delivery timescales on two occasions 3)Never responded to any e-mails or written communications via their website (about 10 sent) 4)Did not notify me that my item was no longer available – contrary to their own terms & conditions item 3.8 5) Did not provide a refund within the suggested timescale, never got in touch with me about the refund despite repeated requests. Still waiting for a refund. 6)Caused repeated frustration with their utterly poor telephone advisors, that lack the interest or ability to do anything useful. In my case, they agree a refund is due, they just can't seem to be bothered to actually give me the money back. Heaven knows what it must be like when they argue with you. Save yourself the heartache.

Another unhappy customer
I had the WORST customer experience ever in my life with QS Supplies and I regret having any contact with them. I don't believe that ANY of the good reviews are genuine. My story is the same as all the other bad reviewers, lies over delivery dates, wrong goods delivered, damaged goods delivered, rude and mocking response when I telephoned to sort things out. I have had NO compensation towards the cost of goods that are wrong (£230.38) I was refused my request to speak to the manager. I reported QS Supplies to Trading Standards last week. Just now I noticed a new telephone number for the owner Touseef Hussain 0116 216 6353 hopefully I can bypass the incompetent and arrogant young man who answers the phone.

Terrible experience
Wrong item delivered. Numerous dates arranged for Yodel to collect & return it but each time a no show. Not sure/can't prove collections were even arranged. Can't get money back or correct item till the incorrect one goes back - thats their policy!. So, they don't care and have no incentive to resolve this for me. Beware!

Highly recommended company.Information provided about the order was excellent. Delivery was prompt Very ploite correspondence.Really happy with the shower part, arrived quickly was the cheapest online, easy to order, no problems.

Late delivery No customer support No call back
Delivery took 4 weeks when told 2 days. No calls back after promised, different story each time I called. Worst on-line experience. Was charged extra £600 by builder for wasted time. Small claim taken out against them

Cheap but completely useless
Staff are borderline rude. I have placed an for a full bathroom suite - £2.5k. However, despite everything being in stock it still took 3.5 weeks before anything was dispatched. They lie about delivery timescales and tell you an order has been dispatched, when in fact they don't ever have the items in stock! Don't be fooled by the cheap price! You'll probably end up paying the difference in phone calls!!!

Quality For Money Is True
Value for money is what you can describe this company as it has all the features of warm friendly business. Qs has a great customer service and cheap affordable prices who tell you in the good and bad of a product before you buy it. Do not use this company. I don't believe any of the positive reviews given on this website. The sold me faulty goods yet had no intention of doing anything about it, ignoring calls and emails. And yes they enjoy mocking and having a laugh at your expense when you ring up. The worst company I have ever used.

Atrocious customer service
Bought three taps from the Sagittarius Pure range from QS. When fitted, one tap leaked and kept dripping. Contacted QS through their 'faults' contact: ignored. Contacted them again through their 'support' contact: ignored. They have no intention of dealing with faulty goods. Beware! Avoid this company at all costs! (Sagittarius themselves were great - sent a replacement cartridge, which fixed the problem - no fuss).

most horrible customer service I have ever seen
I needed a boiler delivered on a Monday at 4, they charged me 40 pounds for the timed delivery, but the boiler did not arrive. Today on Tuesday I have tried to contact them to ask what happened, but they were actually making fun of me, mocking me on the phone and hanging up. I tried eight times, without success. At one time the guy on the phone was just continuously mutterning "no, no, no, no, no, no" for about a minute. It was beyond belief. It is now Tuesday and i am waiting with the plumbers for the boiler - I hope it will come!

What a great customer experience ive received in fact I can't think of anything as good never mind better. There is great friendly and helpful communication. Fast dispatch well packaged shower cubicle, delivered when they said, after a courtesy call. I can't wait to finish my extension so I can plumb it in!
