Damaged my wheel lock key
Went to the Leicester, Blackbird road branch. The fitter decided to use his air gun to remove the wheel lock. These have to be carefully removed using a ratchet spanner. I am now left with a wheel lock key that is useless and need to pay £50 to the dealer to get a replacement. I spoke to this branch on the phone and they were constantly trying to shift the blame on to me for damaging the wheel lock key. They refused to offer any help. I need to change my brake shoes and now I cant unless we use force to remove it or use alternative means at a cost. Avoid Blackbird road branch in Leicester.
