Bad Experience

Rating is minus 10. I purchased a voucher from Living Social for my wife for driving lessons. My wife spoke to Linda who runs this driving school to schedule an appointment. Upon first contact, Linda was complaining about how she was not making any money off these vouchers and stated that she was not running a charity - very strange as she agreed to the terms with Living Social in the first place. After hearing this, my wife knew that she wasn't going to have any further driving lessons from Linda - the bad attitude is very bad for business as she lost out on at least 30 further lessons my wife needed. To make matters worse, Linda did not show up for the lesson at the arranged time and did not even call. After contacting her she sent a text stating that she declined the voucher as my wife wasn't an inexperienced driver as she had driven in the USA before - even though my wife has never driven in the UK before and only has a provisional UK licence. We contacted Living Social and complained and they are trying to sort it out - but at this stage it seems that Linda is not even giving our money back. Please be warned and do not touch this rancid firm.
