About us
When you're in the mood to have a memorable time, come down to our funky , family friendly sports bar and restaurant! We are opposite the ‘Mighty' King Power Stadium with Free parking in the Holiday Inn Express. Blues Bar & Grill is ‘laid back' with a selection of rustic, wholesome meals , inclusive of our signature pulled pork and slow cooked brisket. We smoke our signature products ‘no less' than 12 x hours with Jack Daniels wood chips , the flavour is locked in and 'melt in the mouth' We Flame Grill our 28 x day aged , larder trimmed steaks and our secret recipe burgers are unforgettable. We apply the same quality and care to our customers and pride ourselves on delivering a standard 'second to none'.
Our Chefs & Serving Staff are customer obsessed and we will do as much as possible to accommodate any special requests. Blues Bar & Grill benefits from a team with more than 20 years of experience. The best ribs in Leicester. I have eaten ribs in a great many places and never have I had such a flavourful experience as this. The sauce is exactly right mix of sweet and vinegar to compliment but not overpower the rib and the cooking process seals all of necessary moisture to give a tender texture. The woodchips give the BEST smokey flavour layer I have tasted on any meat. Coupling this great food experience with great drinks, ambiance and most importantly service this is a place I cannot recommend enough. If you love BBQ and want a great dining experience, make this a destination on your list. You won't be disappointed.
