i have used this clinic a few times now, and each timw the staff have been unfrendily, unhelpful, and dam right rude,, each time i have walked into the clinic the recpectionist have sat behind her desk , shouting across the room who i am there to see, then points to a room,, very rude,the last straw was today, i had to use the toilet, when i asked where the disabled toilet was, she looked me up and down, then asked why i needed the disabled toilet, i was very embrassed, when i had finished on my way out she stopped me to ask did i leave the toilet in the same fashion i found it,,
