Invisible customers!!
Called in last week mid afternoon Very quiet with 3 covers. 1 member of staff cleaning a table gets a call on her mobile, sits down with her back to the customers and ignores me when I left my table to stand next to her to get her attention. Personal call more important than sales? Perhaps I'll give it a miss next time and go to nearby Pendle Heritage Centre where you always get excellent service!
