Clearly struggling to function; placed a deposit on a shed on the condition that I could pay on card. When it came to paying the balance they admitted that they couldn't process cards, which I was told on two occasions they could. They were very unprofessional and upon explaining that I had to cancel the order they refused to return my £50 cash deposit. They carry no stock and panicked about paying 'the lads' when they gave me no choice but to cancel. Shame, I wanted to support local business but clearly they don't understand the value of customer service.
