I ordered a box of tiles 22/11/2017 that were in stock on their website, paying for expedited delivery (1-3 working days for £19.98). Jonathan (The Director) emailed the day after ordering, stating they were out of stock due to popularity that week. However, we had found most sites on back order as they were discontinued, so more likely that didn't keep them in stock. I was informed that I would be receiving the order on the fifth or sixth working day, with this being guaranteed, along with a refund for the uplift in expedited shipping. Unsurprisingly, this date passed and only through pestering Jonathan was I advised that the delivery would now be the seventh working day. We had booked the tiler to complete our bathroom based on the guarantee, along with contingency time. This was now blown. The tiles were finally shipped on the afternoon of the sixth working day, with a promise over the phone that they had paid the extra (at a loss to them) for 'Next Day delivery'. As they were set to arrive on the day of the tiler, we switched delivery address from 'work' to 'home', only to find out via enquiring with ParcelForce that they hadn't even dropped the package off to be shipped on the sixth day! They were in fact, dispatched on a 48 Hour service, so the tiler had to be cancelled and there was no way to amend the delivery address as they were mid transit. The tiles were finally delivered 05/12/2017, so 9 working days from the order date! Having messed the tiler around twice (based on Jonathan's "guarantee"), we now had to wait another week before they could be fitted. To top it off, a third of the tiles arrived damaged, as it was so poorly packaged. Jonathan agreed after the delayed shipping, on the already delayed order, that on top of the initial partial shipping refund, he would refund the entire shipping costs. However, neither refund has materialised and he stopped responding to my emails regarding the damaged goods. The main reason I ordered with them, was due to their stock and the ability to ship quickly. Neither turned out to be true. I also paid more to use this company, compared to another, as the shipping was supposed to be quicker. No doubt I could have saved money and received my goods quicker elsewhere. Although, I did get the offer of a 20% lifetime guarantee. Though I cannot imagine anyone would want to use them again, nor would they likely remain in business long enough to honour it. Without a doubt, the worst company I have dealt with!
