Beware
Son paid a months deposit for a rental managed by these cowboys. Failed to follow regulatory commitment and now ignoring their civil duty by withholding deposit refund after 18 months rental. Beware - genuine cowboys - failed to put right issues with the accommodation but keen to point out any minor tenancy failings e.g. light bulb replacement!!. Now seeking legal advice; should never happen to honest tenants imho! The MD should be ashamed!
