This company instructed another company to sell shares for me on 10.09.12, which it did.It is now 17.10.12 and I still haven't received a payout and was told this morning that they haven't got the funds to do so and dont know when they will,I was told by Daniel mcENERRY today at aprox.1100.a.m the the highest management level are trying to work this issue "its a very Sticky situation" but I will still have to pay full fees and NO I wont be getting sninterest on my money that they are with holding and have no date when they will release it .IF YOU DO USE THIS COMPANY IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK My solicitors tell me I have 3 courses of Action, reort to the Police as a potentially Fraudulant sale/Theft or go to the small claims court or wait and see what happens.Not a great chioce
