Sat 18/02/2012 Buying an engagement ring is an important thing. You will only ever buy one, (hopefully), and you want it to be forever – therefore you want to get it right. I had visited a few of the larger retailers and been presented with trays of rings – there are so many to choose from, I was so confused. When I visited Head & Hart, my experience was so different. I was not presented with trays of rings, I had my budget and Andrew took the time to go through and explain each element of the ring, from metal, design and the stone itself. The end result is that I got a ring for my budget that was perfect on all levels – I could not have got better. Amy is so pleased with it, and I am too. I have got loads of brownie points! I can’t recommend Head & Hart highly enough. The personal service that I received cut through all of the confusion and, most importantly, enabled me to get the perfect ring. Thank you so much.
