We service and repair all makes and models of bicycle in our modern workshop – not just Giant and Liv bikes. Essential for a safe, efficient and smooth ride, servicing makes riding your bike more pleasurable and can save you energy while prolonging the lifetime of expensive components.
With our dedicated Liv area in store we carry a huge choice of female specific bikes from the world's first dedicated women's cycling brand, with a wide range of cycling gear, clothing and accessories, all backed up by a welcoming store environment and supportive team.
We also offer PowerFit in store. Developed by Giant and Wattbike with leading sports scientists and biomechanics, it's the only bike fitting system that gives you results that you can see, powered by Wattbike's Polar View Technology. Feel and see how improvements in your position and technique let you pedal more effectively to ride further and faster.
Online ordering is available with free Click & Collect on orders over £50, retail finance is available, we accept cash and all major credit cards and participate in government Cycle To Work schemes – ask us in store for more details.

Great Service
Having recently got my bike out of storage, I wanted to find somewhere to give it a once over and do any work to make it road-worthy. They booked it in and, on looking it over, said it was in very good shape. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, just gave it a bit of tlc. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting information or help with their bike :)

Fast, Friendly and Efficient
I've taken my bike to the guys at Giant Bromley regularly over the last 18 months and every time they are accommodating, friendly and helpful. The work is first rate and Cedric and Glen are only too happy to do a quick check a few rides later on things like wheels, gears and bearings to ensure everything they worked on is still top notch. Thoroughly recommended.

Another excellent service
The guys have been servicing my Felt Z80 now for about 3 years. Whilst a great bike it needs constant TLC to keep it tip top. It is always serviced when I need it and they do an excellent job and the communication is brilliant.

Excellent Service
I have been looking to buy a new bike for months and visited several shops. I was going round in circles until I met Rob who showed me great patience,a thorough knowledge of his product and an amazing enthusiasm for riding. I ended up spending above my budget purely because of his excellent customer service.

Customer focused
I have purchased a number of bikes and accessories from the Bromley Giant Store. Cedric and Rob are very customer focused and will always offer advice and help when needed. I have used other cycle shops but like the customer service and the Giant bikes and accessories that they offer. So to sum up Great shop with great customer service and great product. What more can you want ?

Great Service
I have used this shop on a number of occasions and always been impressed by the team, Cedric and Rob. They are both clearly very knowledgable and give excellent advice. The last job was a replacement Shimano 105 Groupset for my daughter's bike. This was done at a very reasonable price and they did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

Exceptional service
Purchasing my new bike from this shop has been a very easy and pleasurable experience. The staff ensure that you are entirely happy with your considerable investment. I made my choice on the Tuesday and all modifications and parts were sought and fitted by the Friday. An impressive service from a very professional team

why ue other bike shops
I have used this shop 2 times now and on both occasions the service has been amazing, ie they actually talk to you and are happy to. charges are reasonable too. i have usd another local shop bromley for a long time but never been happy with the service there, so i tried this place and will now never go back to the place i used before.

Giant Store Bromley
I went into buy a bike for myself but ended up buying for the whole family. The member of staff was great playing and joking with the children whilst still trying to talk to us, felt the personal touch unlike other bike shops we have been to. Great service and now loving family bike rides together
