Tri-Coaching Partnership was formed in October 2010 .The name Tri-Coaching came about because of the important three-way relationship in driver training: From Tri-Coaching (the training provider), to the ADI (the customer), to the learner driver, advanced driver (the client). Although a relatively new company, the founder members had industry leading experience in their fields and shared a common purpose.To improve road safety and training standards through better education. A secondary, but perhaps equally important, goal is to improve the work experience and earning potential of driving instructors.

We have hundreds of years of experience training people to become Approved Driving Instructors between us. Our unique course has been designed to match the DVSA National Standards. We have a website with training resources and materials for you to download and use. Our trainers constantly hone their own skills by taking continual professional development. With over 30 trainers to choose from nationwide we can offer training from the South Coast to Glasgow and beyond. All of our trainers are ADIs (Approved Driving Instructors) and have undertaken CPD (Continuous Professional Development), having gained the prestigious BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development. Between them they hold many other qualifications, such as Diamond Advanced Instructor, ROSPA Diploma in Advanced Driving Techniques, PTTLS, Certificates of Education, Fleet Registration, Grade 6 or A ADI, Blue light trainers, IAM, SAFED, NDORS, University certificates. Tri-Coaching Partnership also offer customised BTEC Level 3 and 4 Awards in Coaching for Driver Development and train Approved Driving Instructors to help them pass their Standards Check.
Tri-Coaching Instructor Training have a unique software platform that will track and monitor you throughout your instructor training, supporting you with emails, videos and reading materials. We supply you with a set of resources at the start of your course that includes the TCIT (Tri-Coaching Instructor Training) Course Book and TCIT Record of Progress, as well as all the DVSA recommended reading to qualify to become a driving instructor. We also supply you with materials to help you study and prepare for your Part 1, theory exam.
Whilst you are training with Tri-Coaching Instructor Training we will discuss with you what your plans and ambitions are for the future and support you, whichever direction you want to take. We can help you if you want to set yourself up in business on your own and show you the best places to go for the wherewithal to do this; or we can advise you if you want to take up a franchise with a small, local driving school or one of the national driving schools.
