Bad customer service
3Materials good enough. Some delivery guys helpful. Customer service in store/on the phone atrocious: poor communication, very rude manner, didn't ask/answer questions appropriately, didn't call back when said would or keep customer informed, took money for goods that weren't in stock without saying there would be a longer wait, didn't bother to deliver/let us know when they were back in stock until we chased it up. Wish we had found a different supplier who has at least a basic grasp of good customer service. Having expected everything in time for the end of may bank holiday weekend , we finally received the last bits in the middle of June.
