Established in 1989 we led the way in introducing the benefits of mediation and mediation techniques in the UK workplace. CMP has grown and developed its expertise to become the market leader in the field of mediation at work.

In the past 10 years we have carried out 1000+ grievance and disciplinary investigations, undertaken more than 1,500 mediations and trained over 8,000 mediators to a nationally accredited standard.

CMP Resolutions is accredited by OCR and ILM as a training provider and is approved by the Solicitors’ Regulatory Authority as a provider of CPD training. We have the Investors in People award, are accredited members of the Civil Mediation Council and sit on their Workplace Mediation Committee, and were founder members of the Institute for Conflict Management.
