Aggressive rude and abusive
These 3 lads worked on my friend/neighbours trees and the work seems fine, however as I was driving into my driveway one of them "Claude" stepped out into the road without looking, luckily I was manoeuvring slowly enough to avoid him. Out of no-where I got a tirade of overly aggressive verbal abuse. Shame as I wanted some work done on my trees, but not by them thank-you. Phoned the owner Neville to let him know his employee (representing his company) had been verbaly abusive, didn't seem to care less looking at these other reviews not surprised. My dash cam recorded the incident shame they haven't got a website I could upload it for any prospective customers to see what a great attitude to other human beings they have. Unprofessional Chav.

Cowboys
I dont a 2 day work trial with them.... worked for just over 20 hours over 2 days at an agreed amount. Now they refuse to pay me! I wish I would of looked up reviews on the company as I wouldn't work with someone with such poor reviews and respect for people!!

Very poor service, job only half done.
Neville did our first tree cut quite well On that basis we agreed for him to do some more work. Unfortunately he only completed half the job - paid him for a whole day and he left mid morning. He then got very aggressive on the phone when we asked him to complete the work. We were charged a very high price for a very poor quality of service.

Cowboys
We paid Neville to prune our tree, but he only did half of it and then refused to return. Do not use him.

Tree Cutting
Neville started off well, but soon turned into being demanding & aggressive. We unfortunately paid him before he finished, to help him out, but he then never returned, despite promising to. I would never use him again. The poorest quality worker, I've ever dealt with in 35 years.

b&n tree care
Hello welcome to my review id just like to say how disappointed I was with Neville and his tree care my nan paid over £1000 for work that did not need doing, he is a a cowboy mess was left everywhere and the cars down her street was covered in bits of tree.DO NOT USE THIS MAN IVE REPORTED B&N TREE CARE To trading standards
