WRONG CARPET FITTED
Eventually found these guys, popped into the showroom... Helpful ladies but: On fitting day I had to be out so my mum popped over to let the fitters in, when I got home the WRONG CARPET had actually been FITTED! This was now 5 days ago and I've tried to get in touch, the fitter called me back after a text but despite numerous emails, phone calls, nothing... The phones never get answered and emails clearly ignored. Remember: I had had the WRONG CARPET FITTED so I'm glad I chose not to use them for my kitchen and bathroom flooring too!
