Rush is an excellent
Rush is an excellent Physiotherapist, who has shown me ways to manage my previous aches and pains. Using his methods and his app have helped strengthen my knee post operation.

Rush is as knowledgeable physio
Rush is as knowledgeable physio as I have met. Really helps me get into as good physical condition as I can to compete. Hugely important for me as a golf coach and player. He also gives me great exercises and rehab work to help me strengthen and add mobility to the right areas. His golf specific knowledge is excellent!

highly diligent
After spraining my ankle I required physiotherapy and Rushabh of R&D Physio came highly recommended. After only a couple of sessions I could immediately feel the benefits. Not only did Rushabh help improve the recovery time of the injury but he spent a lot of time in helping me strengthen the ankle to help prevent a reoccurrence of the same injury. This has proved to be extremely beneficial as now I can prepare my warm up exercises that he has devised for me before each activity helping to stabilise the ankle joint and giving me confidence to partake in exercise without fear of further injury. Rushabh is highly diligent at what he does, and is always willing to put in the extra time and effort to explain the mechanics behind your injury and even gives advice how to look after yourself. I cannot thank Rush enough for his help and encouragement and I have no hesitation in recommending Rushabh and R&D Physio.
