Janet is GREAT!

I had a bicycle accident a few months ago and was referred to Janet by my GP as I was suffering from whiplash and general soft tissue damage ranging from my lower back up to my neck and shoulders. After an initial consultation where she took my history she began treatment including massage as well as laser and ultrasound. I visited her generally twice a week for about three months and felt almost back to normal (I felt fine 99% of the time) so we both agreed that my treatment was complete. A few months later I played Backgammon and sat at a funny angle to the board and my neck problems flared up again. One call to Janet and I was back under her care within the week and a month later I felt even better than I did before the Backgammon incident. I'm now cycling again without any pain or stiffness and I know without Janet's expert care this would not be the case. I still have to be careful not to aggravate the injury site, as Janet said: "Elton, you'll always have a neck!", but she has taught me various exercises that help when I feel the occasional twinge.
