After nearly a year of training at WHS I can easily say it has been the best investment I have made for my personal health and wellbeing. The facilities and equipment are second to none and the only thing more impressive is the atmosphere that the coaches create. Their knowledge in all things relating to health and fitness along with their desire to help you achieve your goals mean that results will happen if you put the work in.

Amazing rehab treatment
I have had only one treatment with Pia on my ankle post sprain. Pia was instantly able to relieve the symptoms of the tightness and break up the built-up scar tissue in a matter of minutes. At all times, Pia clearly explained the process and was able to instruct on what I could do post-treatment in order to heal more efficiently. Thanks a bunch Pia! 100% recommended for anyone looking for massage/ rehabilitation services.
