A real shame
I am writing to share my displeasment with glamout n' glitz service. I arranged to visit the shop one Saturday afternoon as a group of us needed costumes for my 21st birthday party. We were told to ring the telephone number when we got closer to the location for furthur directions to the shop. Unfortunatly after ringing 5 or 6 times and leaving 2 voice mail messages there was no answer. Dissapointingly we never got a call back, an apology or our costumes. We shant be trying to access the service again and have spread our feelings to friends and family alike. (April 07)

Thanks For Great Costume!
I just wanted to let everyone know that they should come to you, at first I was slightly concerned about the pink paint overkill in the shop but was relieved, and surprised to find the best Captain Jack Sparrow Costume I've ever seen! A* for quality & thanks for great service
