Surprised they're still trading
Far from a Giggle. We used this place without reading any reviews from others. What let us, and what lets this business down is a combination of poor stock control, and a mix'n'match approach eg: the trousers from the aaaa outfit will "work" with the top that we have for bbbb outfit...here, hire these then. That's fine except that we had outfit aaaa booked and reserved weeks before we needed it only to be let down on the day of collection by some of the outfit being rented out with another costume. Shoddy, unprofessional and frankly the owners should identify their business ethics by wearing a Stetson. Spurs and a six-shooter.
