Very good selection of wines, bit cramped, but plenty of gems. I was buying a 40 year old port for a friend's 40th and got great help. I will be using them again.

I travelled down from London to see for myself whether the shop was as intersting as it seemed from their comprehensive website. I needed a 40 year old port at short notice for a friend's 40th birthday party. When I got there was a choice of two different ones, as well as an Armagnac, Calvados and Cognac from my mate's birthyear (1968). The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very happy to take their time talking me through the different styles of port and brandy to enable me to make a more informed decision. I don't think I have seen so much wine in such a small space before, boxes up to the ceiling, but this definitely adds to the ambience. My friend was thrilled with his present by the way!
