About Us

Joining the Intec Fitness Centre is the first step to a healthier lifestyle. Membership entitles you to use the gym, attend our Boot Camp classes, book the squash court, relieve some tension in the Combat Zone, as well as take advantage of our three-part Fitness Jump-Start program for new members.

Facilities

A full range of services are available as part of your membership with Intec Fitness Centre. Our gym offers a selection of Cardio equipment, Resistance machines, Free-Weights and range of functional training equipment to help you achieve whole-body fitness. Running through the working week, our classes are held during lunch times and three evening a week. These run Monday and Wednesday during lunch and after work. Take your fitness to new levels with my Jump-start program, alternatively you may also opt for the longer-term MAD for Fitness Program to accelerate your fitness goals. As a member of the Intec Fitness Centre you are entitled to booking the court for squash. This is available throughout the day (except class times) and weekends.
