About Me

I'm Marie, and I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor from Basingstoke, Hampshire.

I haven't always been into exercise and nutrition - in fact the complete opposite! When I discovered Herbalife back in 2013, I wasn't looking for a weight management plan. To be honest I thought that I was relatively healthy and in shape. Oh, how wrong I was! I was very sceptical about weight loss products and, if I'm honest, I started a weight management plan from Herbalife just to prove people wrong. I went on to lose four and a half stone in a very short time and in a healthy way, as shown by the monthly stats taken from the body scanner used by my Herbalife coach.
