My school motto was “Aim High" and that motto has served me well. Now my wish is to enable others to “Aim High" and achieve the Career Success they deserve.
I am a Consultant and Coach with over 20 years' experience advising individuals and organisations on the changing world of work.
My career started in the Money Market being one of the first female money brokers in the City.
Following various management roles I moved to a major multinational corporation where I re-trained as an HR generalist, followed by a post graduate diploma in Training Management which allowed me to move into Training and Organisational Development roles.
I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
I am also licenced to administer the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator)
And Thomas Personality Profile and Human Job Analysis
And a qualified Life Coach.
I am married with two grown up sons, two cats and an iguana and enjoy a busy social life, including dancing and playing bridge.
My interests include cooking, gardening, pilates, and reading as well as writing, having had some success with several short stories being published and various business and work related articles.
My varied career, from being one of the first female money brokers, in the City through to General Office Management, to HR and OD roles have given me a broad perspective on businesses large and small which I have found to be extremely helpful when working with a wide range of people.
