Accident waiver (£12) added to the bill...Poor customer service
Accident waiver has been charged without my approval. Found out on the card statement after couple of a days... Asked for a refund...no chance as papers have been signed :-( not nice experience. Poor customer service and you never know what they will charge you for (read the small print). Farnham branch experience. Meant to be cheaper and worked out more expensive... Would not recommend.
