As Chartered Building Surveyors we can provide a variety of professional services to clients who require support and advice in connection with existing buildings or proposed buildings and construction projects.
Services include land and building surveys, defect inspections and reports, boundary dispute reports, party wall surveyors, CDM Regulations advice, Fire Regulations and Fire Risk Assessments, etc

Building Control

As Approved Inspectors we provide building control services for building work that is proposed in England and Wales as an alternative to the local council. We are approved by the CIC on behalf of the UK government to provide the services.
The services include design reviews of alterations to existing buildings and new buildings in all sectors. Sectors we work in include residential, commercial (offices, etc), retail, industrial, etc.
When works commence on site we carry out site inspections at pre-determined stages in order that we can confirm reasonable compliance with the building regulations or if any contraventions may arise.
All approval paperwork is issued once we are satisfied of compliance and the local authority should register this against the property records they hold.
