Avoid, Avoid! They took my money, never gave a delivery date, never answered the phone, never supplied the goods and now I'm involved in a long and drawn out VISA dispute with them. They are insisting that they should charge a 15% restocking charge on an order that I cancelled as soon as I realised they were a bogus company. If you're looking for tiles at a great price, go to Horncastle Tiles. They were brilliant and sold me the same item, but cheaper and with brilliant customer service.

Never never never buy anything from this company, your goods will never arrive and you cannot speak to anybody directly on the phone, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute rubbish at customer care, They take your money up front and then do not supply the goods. Never answer the telephone if you are lucky enough for it not to be engaged. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
