How to take your Woosh bike off its stand

The stands on our Elios and Sirocco models only need to be pushed gently to the rear. To put these models onto their stands, simply repeat this in reverse. Our Angel and Breezer models come with a sturdy stand underneath the rear wheel. Please refer to the picture below to locate the silver metal stand lock.Hold the bike firmly either by its saddle or by the back seat, push the lock in gently and then towards the rear and push the bike forwards.To put these models onto their stands:Push the stand hold the bike by the saddle towards ground level, hold in place with one foot and push the bike backwards - it will clip into place.Stand lock:Unlock stand:put the bike on its stand:Push bike back untilthe stand is locked in place

How to adjust your SIS derailleur

If sometimes you hear your bike jump a gear or it will not adjust to where it will shift right or you hear chain noise as it goes through the derailleur. If they don't feel right, come to our shop and we can check and adjust your derailleur free of charge for you. If you want to do it yourself then this excellent video below helps illustrate the main points about how to adjust your rear derailleur:Your bike if fitted with SIS ("Shimano Indexing System"), the seven-speed Shimano derailleur which is designed to work with seven gears, also called sprockets. For the derailleur to shift the chain smoothly to each of the seven gears, its cable must be properly adjusted. A cable without adequate tension will not provide enough force for the derailleur to respond to the shift.Key points to check:Can you shift to the lowest gear?Can you shift to the highest gear?Is the cable slack?
