About us

White & Co Solicitors was established in 2003 by our senior partner, Alison White. The Practice is situated in the centre of Southend-on-Sea close to the Family Proceedings Court and the County Court.

White & Co comprises a dedicated and highly trained team of specialist lawyers each with a wealth of experience in family law. By specialising, we are able to concentrate particularly on the law, practices and developments in this particular field and we pride ourselves on keeping abreast of all new developments in the law relating to the family.

We adopt a caring and professional approach to all cases and we understand just how daunting family problems can be.

White & Co are approved by the Legal Aid Agency to accept work on behalf of clients under the Legal Aid scheme. This means that the Legal Aid Agency has audited our practises and procedures and found them to meet the requisite high standards.

White & Co has been awarded the Law Society's Quality Mark known as Lexcel. The Lexcel standards are assessed against a wide range of legal practice management criteria to include client care standards, financial issues relating to the business, health & safety and staff welfare.
