Avoid - Really Bad - Do not USE
AVOID, no communication, kept laptop for months, returned exactly the same. Does not answer phone (any of his numbers), does not answer emails (any of his multiple emails), FRAUD, do not send any laptops, phones, tablets - AVOID - waste of money and time. Far quicker and cheaper to throw the item in the bin. You will save yourself £40. Do not send any item to "That Geezer" for repair. That Geezer avoid. Vaio LCD
Could not source the right model from anywhere but these guys, arrived on time and fitted perfectly, i did the fitting myself and it has been 3 months since with no issues. Keep up the good work and I shall be back for more when I need it.

Genuine Guy Great Prices
Had my £1700 MacBook Air repaired by Martin at That Geezer. What a nice chap very knowledgeable and personable. I dropped my laptop in to him and popped to Lakeside shopping centre had some lunch and popped back and it was ready. Perfect job no complaints answered my calls and emails every time. My only concern is they do not have a high street shop, but who needs one? I think they would benefit with one.

Could Do Better Maybe I'm Being Pickie
I'm not sure if i am being pickie but these guys collected my laptop repaired it and returned in the 5 days as promised and it's as good as new! But i tried calling them in that time and they never answered me. They got back to my emails ok but i like to call and speak to people. Service overall was perfect but a little more communications via phone would be better.

just cannot complain
Very nice to spek to and new what they said. It was over christmas and it took a bit longer than the website but i did not see the large sign saying closed for christmas. i can say they done the job and very nicely, recomended to alll friends and you. i am new to the this country and still happy i no got ripped of.

A very quick turn around
Just an all round great experience. PC World wanted £50 just to look at it, non refundable! Martin was very helpful, polite and the service was impeccable!

Could Not Ask For More
Well what can I say, PC World and a local company could not repair my screen but That Geezer did. They collected it from my work place repaired the broken screen and returned it with no problems. Great coms excellent cust service very professional very sleek operation the packaging it was returned in was wicked sleek black cool, that's compared to the jiffy bag i sent it in haha. Would recommend to everyone and I would discourage PC World at all costs very unproductive!

Very Professional
Wow is all i have to say! That Geezer came to me collected my laptop, repaired it and returned it injust over one hour. Martin even helped me resolve a virus issue. Could not ask for more, polite, professional and a perfect job, cheaper than other quotes too!

Perfect Customer Service
Martin cam to my shop and repaired my Dell there and then, there was no messing about no drama just a great service. Very polite and knowledgeable about the repair. Glad I never tried it myself it looked very complicated and fiddly the screw were stupidly small lol. Glad the dog never got hold of them!

Just a Perfect Experience
We're another laptop repair company but because screens are so hard to repair we used That Geezer to repair them. martin is a legend, customer service is phenomenal...quick turn around, virtually instant email replies and constant update on service...benchmark in how things ought to be done! There are cheaper companies but not with service levels like this chap - Thanks Ann

Every business should strive level of service
Just a great experience with a great company. I have to be honest here, I think the service I received from That Geezer sets a new high bar that all companies should strive for. Friendly, courteous, flexible about drop off / collection location and times, quick, responsive, it just couldn't have been any better. And all this for a very competitive price. All in all probably the best customer experience I have ever had. Am I a satisfied customer? You bet!!
