About Us

John Burke Associates are a Practice of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Building Consultants. Established in early 1982, we proudly operate throughout the United Kingdom in both private commercial and public sectors. With a wealth of extensive experience, we take great pride in spanning across all sectors of the construction industry.

As specialists, rest assured our devoted and qualified team will provide proactive and cost-effective building, surveying and project solutions to all clients. We are also an environmentally dedicated and a quality driven Practice, as this combination allows us to form a foundation of the service that we offer.

We have been within this industry for many accomplished years, meaning we operate as two complimentary divisions, namely Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Building Consultancy. This means each division respectively sustains a high level of delivering successful projects, which are always kept to an exceptional standard.

Clerks of Works

As dedicated specialists, we are more than qualified to undertake clerks of works, this includes site quality inspections and ECC NEC supervision services.

We aim that all projects and risk reduction is demanded and undertaken on:

• Claims
• Defects

This compromising time, cost and quality deliverables.
In particular to the elements of materials, compliance to standards and workmanship, we undertake a systematic and vigilant inspection of construction works in progress. Our aim is to proactively assist the client, design team and contractor to realise a ‘Zero Defects' project.

Projects & Surveying

Here at John Burke Associates, we are highly-qualified Chartered Surveyors, who provide independent advice on all matters of technical and management functions – this is from inception to completion and operation.
