LighterLife is brilliant! I lost 4 and a half stone on it in just under 4 months. My husband lost 6 stone in the same time. My sister lost 8 stone in 6 months. We have all kept the weight off for more than 3 years now and are so glad we found LighterLife. The diet is meal replacement - but it seems so much quicker than Cambridge etc, I dont think we would have stuck with it as long as we did without real group support. During the sessions you learn why you are overeating and find ways to deal with it. We nearly died when we found out how much it cost (£66 per week) BUT we actually ended up saving money compared with what we usually spent on food - we also heard of someone who compared the costs of Weight Watchers, Slimming World and this - this ended up cheaper per lb lost as it is so much quicker and you dont need to buy any food - you are on it for much less time - therefore spending less overall. Dont be put off by the price - I had tried everything - this worked and it really did end up saving us money!
