Once your new loft conversion is completed we will issue a username and password to our unique aftercare portal, so if in the unlikely event that you have any problems you can relax in the knowledge that you can simply log in to our customer area and raise the fault. Our after care team will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange for one of our team to visit to fix the problem.
