Elms Personal Fitness is a revolutionised 60 minute group personal training workout and weight loss concept. Our group personal training sessions are designed in such a way that customers could be burning calories for up to two days after a session.
Elms Personal Fitness has been running since 2003 and has helped over 1000 people in their fitness and weight loss goals. Unlike most gyms, Elms Personal Fitness is aimed at providing our members will a personal trainer every time they train with us.
