Lack of collection Service

Skip was dropped within the 24 hours of order placed as promised, good start. Called company a three days later to collect. 6 days later am still waiting for collection despite daily calls pleading with them as we cannot get car out of garage. Am still awaiting collection, have no idea when this will be. Am so desperate I am thinking of paying another skip company to pull it off my drive and deliver it back to these people. Would not use this company again under any circumstances, you cannot convince me that it takes this amount of time to collect one small skip from a company who are based just 10 miles away. I am a reasonable person but this lack of customer care or consideration is just beyond belief. This is an abstract lesson on how to alienate a customer. Remember Unhappay customers tell 10 people, Happy customers only 3-4 80 percent of all complainers stay if handled well Most unhappy customers never come back.
