Terence Young Associates was established in 1989 and offers a wide range of Building Design and Surveying Services to individuals, commercial concerns, housing associations, local authorities, schools and various other clients in the Essex and surrounding areas.
Our services include professional building surveyor services, all of which can be tailored to your individual requirements, undertaken by qualified Chartered Building Surveyors.

The office is managed by Terry Young FRICS, who is a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Terry Young has some 40 years experience of Building Surveying and has experience in both the private and public sectors.

Other professional staff are engaged for specialist input when the nature of the project demands.
