Extension to kitchen and conversion of existing substandard utility to incorporate. "Overall I'm extremely pleased with my large kitchen space. It turned out to be a difficult and time-consuming project because my neighbours up the hill have an ancient lean-to built onto our party wall. This compromised every aspect of my build and caused damp issues which Baileybridge did everything possible to resolve. Time will tell because we've had a dry summer. Sue's team were great and I'm very impressed with their work especially the plastering and rendering. I'm sure that this job cost the company but I paid only the agreed figure.
