I started using the products January 2011, for weightloss and to feel better as I was about to be made redundant, and risked hitting the food big time.

In June having been made redundant I became a distributor and I am now building my welcome2wellness business.

With a strong background in Nutrition, starting from my school days to working as a cook and parent of children, I have always had a strong interest and belief in "you are what you eat".

However like many of us, it has been "do as I say and not as I do!"

However now I describe myself as a fruity smoothie, with lots of colourful bits!
