I have been trying to get either Sarah Or Shirley to come back to fix my sofa covers for a year now, the zips are broken on the cushion covers the seams are coming apart and the velcro that was fitted on the bottom of the covers is all coming apart and the fabric is all shedding along the bottom all in all a disaster to pay all that money to be left like this! my texts are ignored and so are phone calls unless I call from a friends phone , I am still trying to see if I can get my sofa covers fixed as it seems that this company just do not care, I feel my only option is to visit the shop but doubt that will make much difference either.
