We will take you through the potentially tricky process of defining and designing your loft conversion and take you through all the project details to provide a quote to a fixed price.

We can advise on all of the design aspects and use your vision to create drawings and take these through the Planning and Building Regulation process before carrying out the build.
Conservatories, Garden Rooms, Orangeries
SADB builds all manner of conservatories, orangeries, garden rooms and extensions and can advise on the pros and cons of each approach and what will best benefit your property and needs.
Landscaping and Outside Design
We provide a full hard and soft landscaping service, whether this is just to provide paving or decking/terracing around the extension we have built, or a fully landscaped garden – large or small.
Bespoke Carpentry & Wooden Floors
We can provide beautiful bespoke carpentry and furniture. Whether this is a fully fitted wardrobes or bookshelves, bespoke doors or a set or drawers. We also supply a variety or wooden floors.
Home Entertainment & Automation
We can deliver audio and video to each room, each floor and each area of your home. We will work with you to design your home automation and entertainment system, however simple or complicated.
Lighting
We will work with you to design the lighting you need to create the right atmosphere in your home and we will specify the correct wiring and control infrastructure needed to operate the design.

Extension to kitchen and conversion of existing substandard utility to incorporate. "Overall I'm extremely pleased with my large kitchen space. It turned out to be a difficult and time-consuming project because my neighbours up the hill have an ancient lean-to built onto our party wall. This compromised every aspect of my build and caused damp issues which Baileybridge did everything possible to resolve. Time will tell because we've had a dry summer. Sue's team were great and I'm very impressed with their work especially the plastering and rendering. I'm sure that this job cost the company but I paid only the agreed figure.
