It'll get your heart pounding and your muscles aching, especially if you're not used to this style of training!5 minute warm-up on cardio apparatus of your choice20 wall ball shots as high as possible (from 2-8kg medicine ball)15 push-ups (knees if necessary)10 abdominal crunches400m treadmill run (As fast as possible. Use rowing machine if running not possible)3 burpeesREPEAT FOUR TIMES - All of this should be completed as fast as possible or with a strict 1 minute recovery between rounds.
